You are definitely interesting enough to write a book. I enjoy your comedic analogies, double entendres along the way. Looking forward to Part 2. X

My Sister spent 25 years living in Oregon and Washington and lived in 3 different weatherboard houses so I totally get the porch/ swing seat vibe and I’ve always wanted one too. I love your solution in your current house, it’s so wonderful to be outside but inside !

How wonderful! It’s the dream. Even though I did get my weatherboard house, I didn’t get the seat swing. So, that’s a must next time. The garden canopy we have now is a really good substitute though.

Loving your story in more detail. I’d love to know what my girls think about our constant military moves over their lives.

I think it generally builds confidence and independence. But, it would have been nice to stay in a few places a little longer. 🤣

Incredible what you did with that garden JP totally took my breath away and I’ve landscaped a few . You are such a great writer. I read this a few hours ago and have still got that Australian scene in my mind . Talent causes that . Felt for your heart with Lady too. So interesting ! Look forward to Sundays read now ! I might not be able to catch up first thing , what with dogs and seedlings and now interiors ..but I’m damned happy when I do ! It’s delightful reading your stories..I’m looking forward to next Sunday afternoon already :) xxx

I can't wait for part 2 and when your book comes out! My massive white weather board house with 2 stories of wrap around porches will always be my favorite house. I understand your pain.
